Ingenia Communities is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Team Lead for Bermagui Holidays. You will report to the Park Manager and lead the housekeeping team to deliver a clean, welcoming environment for guests and residents, while enjoying a relaxed coastal setting.

We’re on the lookout for a full-time Housekeeping Team Lead to join our team at our Bermagui Holidays site.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key part in creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our guests by maintaining high housekeeping standards. You’ll lead the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional experiences for guests and residents—while having fun along the way!

In this Role, You’ll

• Maintain high housekeeping standards by cleaning rooms, cabins, and common areas to meet health and guest expectations.
• Handle tasks like making beds, restocking supplies, and ensuring appliances are in working order, reporting any issues promptly.
• Manage cleaning equipment and supplies, keeping storage areas tidy and assisting with stock takes.
• Work in a fast-paced, physical environment that involves lifting, bending, and walking across the site, using PPE and cleaning chemicals safely.
• Support the team by taking on additional duties as required and embracing opportunities for cross-training and learning new skills.
