Job summary

Civeo Australia is seeking Housekeeping Supervisors for village sites across New South Wales on DIDO arrangements. You will lead a housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness standards and a superior guest experience in remote or semi-remote locations.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and the ability to work under pressure, with a track record of handling conflicts. Applicants must pass a pre-employment medical and background checks and have valid AU working rights for

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environments (remote work highly regarded)
• Experience leading a housekeeping team, with exceptional communication and time management
• Great team leader with the ability to adapt, work well under pressure, and handle conflict
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and consent to background screening
• Valid working rights in Australia for the next 12 months (sponsorship NOT available)
• Current Driver’s Licence
