Qualifikationen

• Experience in a supervisory housekeeping role within a luxury hotel.
• Improving operational efficiency and guest experiences.
• Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Aufgaben

• Ensure all relevant guest information is shared with team members (VIPs, Cots, Rollaway beds).
• Support and assist the team during peak periods.
• Perform room spot checks and ensure rooms meet hotel standards.
• Resolve guest concerns with a pleasant, diplomatic approach.
• Monitor and report maintenance requests as needed.
