Crowne Plaza Hobart in Hobart, Tasmania, is seeking a motivated full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a busy team and uphold premium hotel standards. This hands-on role provides an opportunity to develop operational leadership within a premium property.

You will lead daily briefings, supervise a team, ensure room readiness, and maintain IHG standards while coordinating with Front Office and Engineering to resolve discrepancies and guest requests.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to lead by example and coach colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Clear communication and guest service focus.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily briefings, allocate duties, monitor progress and coach the team.
• Inspect rooms and public areas, coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Support safe housekeeping practices and manage linen, supplies and keys.
