Crowne Plaza Sydney Airport is seeking a motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to assist the Executive Housekeeper in leading the team and maintaining high cleanliness standards across the property.

The role involves supervising Attendants, allocating rooms and tasks, conducting inspections, and ensuring guest requests and VIP needs are met with professionalism. A hands-on leader who can motivate staff in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is essential; supervisory experience valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Hands-on approach with ability to organise priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and support team members.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach and support Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants and Housepersons to deliver high standards of cleanliness and guest service
• Allocate rooms and daily tasks, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to schedule
• Conduct room and public area inspections to ensure compliance with Crowne Plaza brand standards
• Monitor room readiness and communicate priorities with Front Office and other departments
• Respond to guest requests and VIP requirements promptly and professionally
• Report maintenance issues, property damage and safety hazards, following up as required
• Monitor linen, amenities and housekeeping supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
• Support deep cleaning projects, team training and daily operational requirements
