Job summary

Village Roadshow Theme Parks on the Gold Coast is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the team and ensure every corner of the Sea World Resort shines for guests.

You’ll manage rosters, coordinate cleaning and public areas, train staff, and work with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences, while upholding safety and quality standards. Weekend availability is required to cover peak periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a busy hotel environment and delivering guest satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in fast-paced settings.
• Experience in people management and team development.
• Availability to work weekends and school holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delegation and inspection of room cleaning and public area upkeep.
• Manage rosters, supplies, and laundry operations with precision.
