Job summary

Reflections Holidays in NSW North Haven is seeking a hands-on team member for park housekeeping and guest assistance. You will perform cabin and facilities cleaning, linen changes, stock replenishment, and help direct visitors, while upholding safety practices and delivering high-quality service.

Flexible weekend availability and a positive, can-do attitude are valued. Prior hospitality experience is welcome but not required; Australian work rights are essential.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and own vehicle or access to reliable transport.
• The ability to work productively and independently.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Great teamwork skills.
• A 'can-do', solutions-focused attitude.
• The physical ability to do manual work in all conditions.
• Flexible availability to work including weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Prior hospitality experience is highly regarded, but not required.
• Valid Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of cabins
• Cleaning of guest facilities, inclusive of amenities, laundry and camp kitchen.
• Assisting with stock replenishment.
• Assisting and directing visitors within the park
• Following work health and safety procedures.
• Linen changes
• Providing excellent, high-level customer service.
