Job summary

Reflections Holidays on the NSW Central Coast is seeking motivated team members to join our cabin cleaning and guest services team.

Duties include cleaning cabins, facilities, laundry, replenishing stock, and guiding visitors while providing friendly, high-standard service. Weekend and public holiday shifts available.

Experience in hospitality is valued but not required; drivers license and own transport preferred.

Qualifications

• Driver's Licence and own vehicle or access to reliable transport
• The ability to work productively & independently
• A positive attitude & willingness to learn
• Great teamwork skills
• A 'can-do', solutions-focused attitude
• The physical ability to do manual work in all conditions
• Flexible availability to work including weekend, peak holiday seasons & public holiday work
• Previous experience in any hospitality role is highly regarded, but not required
• Valid Australian work rights

• Cleaning of guest facilities, inclusive of amenities, laundry & camp kitchen
• Assisting with stock replenishment
• Assisting & directing visitors within the park
• Following work health & safety procedures
• Linen changes
• Providing excellent, high-level customer service
