You will oversee cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas, manage budgets, train staff, and drive continuous improvement in service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supervising a housekeeping team.
• Ability to manage departmental budgets, supplies, and resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management, delegation, and organisational abilities.
• Sharp eye for detail with cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Availability to work 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of WHS compliance in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high cleanliness standards across guest rooms, public areas and spaces.
