Job summary

Trentham Waters Resort Mildura is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead all housekeeping functions across the resort, ensuring the highest cleanliness, presentation and guest readiness.

You will manage room presentation, public areas, staffing and training, while driving continuous improvements and maintaining our Experience Code and guest satisfaction at the premium resort. This is a full-time role at Mildura, with opportunities for career development and team engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a housekeeping leadership role within hospitality, hotels, resorts or accommodation properties
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Ability to develop efficient systems and work processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Current Driver Licence
• Availability to work weekends as operationally required

Job description

The role oversees room presentation, public areas, staffing, training, inventory control, contractor management and departmental performance while fostering a positive and productive team culture.
