ahs hospitality part of RGF Staffing ANZ is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead one of our teams at a 5-star hotel in Sydney's CBD. You will set priorities, oversee housekeeping operations, and partner with hotel leadership to meet quality metrics and guest service standards.

The role demands strong relationship-building, excellent time management, and a proactive approach to compliance and safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up key tasks for you and the team.
• Brief the team on priorities and challenges.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership on short/long-term quality metrics.
• Ensure timely room deliveries to the hotel for guest arrival.
• Maintain communication with the team and arrange necessary resources.
• Handle health & safety, billing, and rostering administration.
• Ensure guests are serviced with a smile and with high standards.
• Provide smooth handovers to the team and wrap up daily duties.
