Qualifications

• Experience coordinating operations, people, services or similar.
• Calm under pressure and able to prioritise competing demands.

• Independent work style with ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for our housekeeping network.
• Manage the housekeeping operational phone and respond to live issues.
• Coordinate housekeeping allocations, availability and coverage across the portfolio.
• Respond quickly to cancellations, missed cleans and other same‑day issues.
• Ensure properties are ready and presented for guest arrivals.
• Coordinate rectification where standards have not been met.
• Triage maintenance issues and direct them appropriately.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of the housekeeping network.
• Conduct housekeeper inductions and first‑clean inspections.
• Work with the Operations team to meet occupancy and peak demands.
