Job summary

Complete Staff Solutions is seeking dedicated Housekeepers for casual roles across Port Stephens holiday parks, including Nelson Bay, Soldiers Point, Anna Bay, Fingal Bay and Shoal Bay. Immediate start available with regular shifts during peak season.

You will clean cabins and facilities, change bedding, restock amenities and ensure a welcoming guest experience. Previous hotel/motel housekeeping is desirable; ability to work weekdays, weekends or public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in motel/hotel desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical health assessment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise cabins, bathrooms and shared facilities.
• Change bed linen and towels.

We’re looking for dedicated, reliable and hardworking Housekeepers to join our team across some of the most beautiful holiday parks in the Port Stephens area!

Our client operates five stunning Council-run holiday parks, located amongst pristine beaches, beautiful coastal scenery and the relaxed lifestyle Port Stephens is known for. With peak season fast approaching, we’re growing our housekeeping team and looking for people who take pride in their work and enjoy creating a clean, comfortable and welcoming experience for holiday guests.

Shifts Available

• Weekdays
• Weekends
• Public Holidays

As this is a casual position, shifts will vary from week to week depending on bookings and operational requirements. We aim to provide regular work wherever possible, particularly throughout the busy season, however there may be quieter periods outside of peak season where fewer or no shifts are available.

About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you’ll play an important role in ensuring guests arrive to clean, fresh and welcoming accommodation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and sanitising cabins, glamping/safari tents, bathrooms and shared facilities
• Changing bed linen and towels
• Restocking guest amenities
• Vacuuming, dusting and general cleaning
• Preparing accommodation for incoming guests
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Working efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules
• Working both independently and as part of a friendly housekeeping team
