Job summary

NRMA Parks and Resorts in Strahan, Tasmania, is hiring casual Housekeeping Attendants. You will keep accommodation and public areas spotless, restock amenities, and maintain room presentation in a busy, welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, reliable team players with good time management, attention to detail, and fitness for a physically active role. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• A passion for delivering great customer service and creating positive guest experiences
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently
• A positive, reliable and team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
• A good level of fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Responsibilities

• Clean and service accommodation and public areas to the highest standards
• Change linen, replenish guest amenities and maintain room presentation
• Identify and report maintenance issues or missing items
• Work collaboratively with the team while confidently managing your own daily tasks
• Help create a positive experience for guests through your friendly and professional approach
