Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts Cradle Mountain Hotel is seeking enthusiastic Housekeeping Attendants to join our team for the peak season. You’ll help keep guest accommodation and public areas spotless, contributing to a warm and welcoming stay for all visitors.

We welcome couples and individuals, with staff accommodation available and a supportive team environment. Applicants should be prepared for a rotating roster and a commitment of six months or more where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred.
• Proactive and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service accommodation and public areas to the highest standards
• Change linen, replenish guest amenities and maintain room presentation
• Identify and report maintenance issues or missing items
• Work collaboratively with the team while managing your own daily tasks
• Help create a positive experience for guests through a friendly and professional approach
