Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts in NSW is seeking a casual Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness across accommodation types and public areas. The role involves 30+ hours per week with shifts typically 8:00am–2:00pm, Sunday to Friday depending on occupancy and seasonal demand.

Great work-life balance and local candidates preferred. Staff accommodation is not available. You will join a friendly team delivering NRMA’s high standards of guest experience.

Qualifications

• A reputation for providing excellent customer service.
• Good time management and an eye for detail.
• An ability to follow direction related to daily tasks and expectations.
• Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accommodation and venue areas are cleaned and serviced to NRMA Housekeeping Standards
• Complete linen changes, clean cabins, replenish stock and record items in rooms
• Work as part of a great team, while also being able to work autonomously
