Job summary

Pullman Cairns International is seeking a reliable Housekeeping All Rounder on a casual basis. You will play a key role in maintaining high presentation standards across guest rooms, public areas and laundry operations. A minimum 6‑month commitment is required to build experience in a luxurious hotel environment.

You will contribute to a supportive, professional team, delivering exceptional guest spaces with attention to detail and a friendly, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Servicing guest rooms and suites to ensure they are clean, comfortable and presented to Pullman standards.
• Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of public areas throughout the hotel.
• Supporting laundry operations including sorting, washing, folding and distributing linen.
• Restocking guest amenities, linen and housekeeping supplies.
• Reporting maintenance issues, lost property and any guest-related concerns with care and professionalism.
• Working collaboratively with the Housekeeping team and wider hotel departments to support smooth daily operations.

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping All Rounder to join our team on a casual basis.

This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in maintaining the high standards of presentation across our guest rooms, public areas and laundry operations. You will enjoy variety in your day and the opportunity to gain valuable experience within a luxury hotel environment.
