Job summary

Pullman Cairns International, part of the Accor family, seeks a reliable Housekeeping All Rounder on a casual basis to maintain the high standards of presentation in guest rooms, public areas and laundry operations.

You will perform servicing, restocking and cleanliness duties, support laundry workflows, and collaborate with the broader Housekeeping team across rotating shifts, including mornings, weekends and public holidays. A minimum 6-month commitment applies.

Qualifications

• The ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member.
• Reliability, flexibility and a willingness to assist across different areas of housekeeping.
• The physical capability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete housekeeping duties efficiently.
• Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including mornings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Servicing guest rooms and suites to ensure they are clean, comfortable and presented to Pullman standards.
• Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of public areas throughout the hotel.
• Supporting laundry operations including sorting, washing, folding and distributing linen.
• Restocking guest amenities, linen and housekeeping supplies.
• Reporting maintenance issues, lost property and any guest-related concerns with care and professionalism.
• Working collaboratively with the Housekeeping team and wider hotel departments to support smooth daily operations.

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping All Rounder to join our team on a casual basis.

This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in maintaining the high standards of presentation across our guest rooms, public areas and laundry operations. You will enjoy variety in your day and the opportunity to gain valuable experience within a luxury hotel environment.

A minimum 6-month commitment is required for this role, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to build their hospitality experience and be part of a supportive, professional team.
