Job summary

Saint Haven North Sydney is seeking casual Housekeepers to join our premium Private Club. You will maintain immaculate spaces, reset facilities and ensure member areas are welcoming and pristine across the North Sydney site.

The ideal candidate has hotel or luxury hospitality experience, exceptional presentation standards, and a proactive, autonomous approach. Join us for a high‑end environment with six‑star service expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience, ideally within luxury hotels, premium hospitality, spas or similar environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to the highest presentation standards.
• A proactive approach, strong time management and the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation throughout the Private Club.
• Cleaning and resetting change rooms, Ancient Bathhouse, gym and shared member spaces.
• Ensuring towels, amenities and member essentials are consistently replenished.
• Proactively identifying and reporting maintenance or presentation issues.
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to uphold six‑star service standards.

The Opportunity

As a Housekeeper, you will play an essential role in delivering the exceptional environment our members expect, ensuring every space is beautifully presented, maintained and ready to welcome them.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation throughout the Private Club.
