Hampshire Property Group – North Haven NSW is seeking a reliable Casual Housekeeper to join the team at North Haven Holiday Village. You will ensure guest cabins, amenities and shared facilities are clean, comfortable and presented to a high standard, contributing to a welcoming guest experience.

The role includes weekend work and a 7-day rotating roster with shifts varying by business needs. Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred, and immediate start is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Clean and present guest cabins and accommodation to a high standard.
• Clean bathrooms, amenities, camp kitchens and shared facilities.
• Make beds and prepare accommodation for arriving guests.
• Restock linen, toiletries, cleaning products and guest supplies as required
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of communal and recreational areas.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored appropriately.
• Identify and report maintenance, damage or safety issues to management.
• Support the overall cleanliness and presentation of the park.
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as required.

THE ROLE

In this hands‑on role, you will play an important part in ensuring our guest accommodation, amenities and shared facilities are clean, comfortable and presented to a high standard. Your attention to detail and pride in maintaining a welcoming environment will contribute directly to a positive experience for our guests.

The role includes weekend work and requires availability across a 7-day rotating roster, with shifts and hours varying based on business needs.

Remuneration

The rate of pay for this role will be in accordance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award.
