Job summary

Central Apartment Group's Mackay Oceanside Central Hotel is seeking a friendly Hotel Receptionist (GSA) to welcome guests, manage check-ins and bookings, answer inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping to maintain high standards of service.

Full training is provided for entrants, with RMS/PMS knowledge advantageous. A calm, detail-oriented attitude and excellent telephone skills are essential for handling requests in a fast-paced environment on site in Mackay.

Qualifications

• You must have a genuine passion for hospitality, a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Experience in reception is advantageous, training provided for entry.
• Knowledge of RMS or similar PMS is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong telephone and communication skills are required.
• Computer literacy in Word and Excel is preferred.

Attributes

Knowledge of RMS, or similar PMS is an advantage but not essential
