Job description

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and professional Casual Receptionist to join our team at Town & Country Motel in Strathfield.

The role involves providing excellent customer service to motel guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling bookings and enquiries, answering phones and carrying out general reception and administration duties.

Our motel accommodates a mix of regular guests as well as some guests referred through Homes NSW and Link2home. Experience working with Homes NSW, Link2home, temporary accommodation or similar government accommodation programs would be an advantage, but is not essential.

This is a casual position offering 2–3 fixed days per week, with consistent hours and the potential for additional shifts when required.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, well presented, confident dealing with people and able to remain professional and calm in a busy motel environment.

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
