Job summary

Accor is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations at a Darwin property, driving profitability and guest satisfaction. You will lead, coach and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, align revenue strategies with business goals, and manage relationships with owners and regional services.

The role emphasizes team development, service excellence, and community engagement as part of Accor's local operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Department or Operational Manager in an accommodation provider environment.
• Strong understanding of Hotel Rooms Division Management.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Workforce planning, staffing and productivity optimization experience.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with owners, guests and regional shared services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations including revenue management, recruitment & training, guest services and financial targets.
• Lead and develop the hotel team to ensure profitability and success.
• Drive performance improvements aligned with business objectives and implement changes.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, owners and regional shared services.
• Maintain high product and service standards while maximizing revenue and controlling costs.
• Recruit and develop a motivated team focused on positive customer sentiment.
• Represent Accor and foster community engagement locally.
