Accor currently seeks an experienced Hotel Manager for ibis budget Gosford on the NSW Central Coast. The role oversees all hotel operations, guest experiences, revenue strategy, and day-to-day management, reporting to the NSW & ACT Operations leadership with regional support.

The position includes on-site living in a one-bedroom apartment and a Tuesday–Saturday roster with occasional overnight stays. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional service, drive profitability, and build strong

• Previous experience as an Operations or Hotel Manager.
• Ability to provide strategic direction to improve market performance.
• Proven ownership and relationship management with stakeholders.
• Ability to develop, lead and motivate a professional team.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Focused on guest service and guest experiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead the overall management and strategic direction of ibis budget Gosford, ensuring the hotel consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong commercial performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, guests, suppliers, local businesses, and the Accor network.
• Drive profitability by maximizing revenue opportunities, managing costs, and implementing pricing strategies.
• Regularly review operational and financial performance across departments to improve productivity, service quality, efficiency, and competitiveness.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture aligned with Accor Heartist values.
• Champion a guest-centric approach, maintaining service standards and enhancing guest experiences.
• Live-in position with accommodation in a self-contained one-bedroom apartment onsite.
• Tuesday to Saturday roster with overnight stays and leadership coverage during days off.
