Job summary

The Warrego Hotel in Queensland’s south-west region is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead all core operations—bars, bistro, gaming, functions and accommodation. You will drive business performance, build a high-performing team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high service standards in a unique outback setting.

Role requires strong financial acumen, budgeting and forecasting skills, and the ability to lead by example.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Current QLD RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Manager, CLO, Gaming Nominee Training (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to build strong relationships within the local community and proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.
