Holiday Inn Werribee is seeking a hospitality professional to deliver exceptional guest service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events. You will set up outlets, restock supplies, and assist with conference and private functions while maintaining brand standards.

A strong focus on guest experience and teamwork is essential. Role requires RSA certification and availability for early mornings to late nights, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience across all dining outlets.
• Function and Event experience from corporate to social 200–300 people.
• Demonstration of basic hospitality skills (plate carry, tray carry, mise en place).
• Knowledge of wines, beers, spirits; ability to mix cocktails creatively.
• Food knowledge of modern Australian cuisine.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a smile at Rosana Bistro and Bar during breakfast and provide service across lunch, dinner, and room service.
• Prepare outlets prior to service, including setup for table, buffet, and bar.
• Restock fridges and maintain stock per control regulations.
• Assist with event and function setups and ensure brand standards are followed.
• Manage guest enquiries and reservations with professionalism.
