Job summary

Holiday Inn Werribee in Werribee, Australia, seeks a part-time Housekeeper to maintain rooms and public spaces to brand standards. You will ensure the Clean Promise is upheld, assist guests with requests, and work closely with team members across hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Literacy skills - reading, writing and basic math.
• Flexible availability for shifts including early mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and hotel public spaces meet brand standards.
• Keep rooms at high cleanliness standards as part of the IHG Clean Promise.
• Help guests with requests and directions as needed.
• Update supervisor on room servicing progress and report maintenance needs.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment when required.
• Stay organised, manage supplies, and minimise waste.
• Assist with deep cleaning and ad hoc tasks as part of a team.
