You will own guest experience, beverage and food strategy, and daily operations across rooms, F&B, and events, ensuring profitable performance and vibrant brand culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive hotel experience with GM/HM background.
• Experience leading lifestyle/high-volume city hotels; pre-opening/new-build or repositioning.
• Strong F&B, rooms ops, revenue mgmt, HR and QA capability, including strategic planning, budgeting, SOP development and project management.

Responsibilities

• Verifies brand-specific service programs are in place and executed.
• Provides feedback to management and staff on service and standards; oversees labor flow for profitability.
• Manages major brand standards implementation and staffing coverage.
• Leads pre-opening leadership team development, recruitment and training for operational readiness.
• Drives revenue through beverage/food offerings and property activations; maintains ownership relationships.
