Accor is seeking a dedicated Part-time or Casual PM Cook for The Sydney Boulevard Hotel. You will support the kitchen team by preparing breakfast, room service, and bar items, while ensuring food quality and presentation.

Join a dynamic team, maintain hygiene standards, manage stock, and participate in training through Accor Academy. Experience in hospitality and a passion for food are preferred.

Qualifications

• Flexible 7-day roster requirement.
• Interest in cooking and hospitality.
• Experience in the food industry preferred.
• Creative and passionate about food and customer service.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare breakfast, room service, and bar food orders.
• Prepare mis en place as required and ensure availability.
• Maintain clean, hygienic work area with high quality presentation.
• Rotate stock to minimise wastage and ensure freshness.
• Ensure kitchen area and equipment are clean and well maintained.
• Receive deliveries and store stock properly.
• Attend briefings and participate in regular meetings.
• Complete mandatory training via Accor Academy and related platforms.
