You’ll work across shifts, including nights and weekends, and thrive in a diverse team dedicated to creating memorable stays for guests visiting Queensland. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing hospitality role is a plus.
• Possession of a valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the specific Country/State/Territory.
• Genuine passion for guest care and teamwork.
• Ability to work a flexible rotating schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong work ethic and reliability, with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public spaces to a high standard.
• Use cleaning materials and chemicals safely according to protocols.
• Offer personalised food and beverage suggestions in outlets or events.
• Proactively learn about products and local information for guests.
• Be the go-to source for neighbourhood tips and local gems.
• Assist from check-in to check-out to ensure a memorable stay.
• Communicate confidently with guests and colleagues for seamless teamwork.
