Job summary

PaySafeGo is seeking an energetic Business Development Executive to accelerate lead generation and venue acquisition across Australia. You will drive high-velocity outbound outreach, qualify leads, manage early sales cycles, and present PaySafeGo's AML tech solutions to pubs, clubs, and venues.

This role offers rapid career growth with KPI ownership, CRM and LinkedIn engagement, and collaboration with senior sales management to build a strong sales pipeline in the hospitality tech space.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outbound business development or related sales experience (SaaS/RegTech/Payments/Hospitality Tech preferred).
• Australian hospitality industry knowledge is highly regarded.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong telephone presence.

Responsibilities

• Prospect research and lead generation; build qualified lead lists.
• Cold calling, email outreach, book meetings; qualify inbound inquiries.
• Develop LinkedIn engagement and nurture sales conversations.
• Monitor regional hospitality trends and competitor movements.
• Coordinate initial sales meetings and demonstrations; prepare prospect briefs.
• CRM and pipeline coordination; track next actions and reporting.
• Support marketing campaigns and industry events; post-event follow-up.
