Job summary

Club Central Group is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to provide visible leadership on shifts, support daily operations and uphold service, safety and compliance standards across venues including Club Central Hurstville.

You will lead teams, develop people and ensure memorable member and guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Role based at Club Central venues with flexibility to work across the Group.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and manage competing priorities.
• Flexible to work across departments and venues as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate staffing and resources to ensure efficient operations.
• Resolve member, guest and operational concerns professionally.
• Maintain venue presentation, service standards and compliance requirements.
• Support operational performance, continuous improvement and business initiatives.
• Complete shift handovers, incident reporting and other operational requirements.
