Job summary

Pan Pacific Perth is seeking casual Stewards to join the Kitchen team. You will maintain cleanliness and HACCP hygiene, support event setup/teardown, manage inventory, and assist with function and banquet preparations across restaurant and events.

You should have experience in fast-paced kitchen/hospitality environments, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment meeting hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, cookware, service ware, floors, walls, drains, and food prep areas.
• Operate dishwashing and pot-washing equipment to high standard.
• Support daily kitchen operations by preparing equipment and managing stock/storage for functions and banquets.
• Assist with buffet preparation, service support, and maintaining presentation standards across restaurant and event areas.
• Work independently and as part of the culinary team with initiative and safety compliance.
