Job summary

EVT is seeking an experienced sales leader in hospitality to drive the hotel's sales strategy and grow a diverse client base. You will lead a data-driven sales team, manage key accounts, and partner with the GM to deliver a seamless guest experience across EVT properties.

The role requires strong analytical and relationship-building skills, with a track record of closing deals and mentoring teams in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Requires tertiary qualification with solid sales experience in hospitality.
• Demonstrated ability to use data to guide sales strategy and decisions.
• Proven track record of closing sales and growing client bases.

Responsibilities

• Drive hotel sales strategy, track targets against budget and spot growth opportunities.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline across new business and reconversion.
• Report and forecast sales performance weekly/monthly using PowerBI.
• Own key account relationships and propose tailored solutions.
• Utilise CRM to manage relationships and sales workflow.
• Lead, coach and motivate a sales team across departments.
• Collaborate with GM and department heads for seamless guest experience.
