Navarra Venues is seeking an experienced Sales Executive at Le Montage in Lilyfield, Sydney. You will drive venue revenue by converting enquiries into bookings and by proactively developing new business opportunities, while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will manage the full sales journey from initial enquiry to proposal, negotiation and confirmed booking, collaborating with a team of 3 Sales and 3 Event Coordinators and wider Navarra Venues professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, events, weddings or corporate sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to and manage inbound sales enquiries.
• Conduct venue tours and client appointments.
• Prepare tailored event proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate and secure event bookings.
• Build relationships with corporate clients and wedding couples.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and outbound activity.
• Maintain accurate client records using the CRM system.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Event Coordination and Marketing teams for smooth handovers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market opportunities.
