Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-time experience as Retail Manager, Café Manager or similar hospitality management role.
• Experience managing a high-volume hospitality or retail operation.
• Experience supervising and leading a team of 10 or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
• Lead and supervise a store team and coaching staff.
• Monitor sales performance and profitability.
• Control labour costs and operating expenses.
• Prepare and manage staff rosters.
• Recruit, onboard and train new employees.
• Maintain high customer service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock purchasing.
• Conduct regular stock takes and minimise wastage.
• Maintain supplier relationships and ensure food safety compliance.
