RosterElf is seeking a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist to help hospitality businesses adopt a CRM and workforce software suite. You will onboard new customers, run product demonstrations, and support rostering, time & attendance, payroll and HR features.

The role emphasises independent problem solving, learning new systems and delivering a great customer experience. You don’t need prior software company experience but must be tech‑savvy, curious and capable of handling multiple

Qualifications

• Hospitality background with interest in transitioning to software
• Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to a tech environment
• Attitude, curiosity, and ability to learn quickly are valued
• Comfort with technology and problem solving in a support context

Responsabilités

• Onboard new customers and help them successfully implement RosterElf
• Conduct online product demonstrations and training sessions
• Help customers understand and use rostering, time & attendance, payroll and HR features
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and online support
• Troubleshoot issues and identify practical solutions
• Proactively identify customers needing extra assistance
• Help customers adopt the software and achieve their goals
• Collaborate with Commercial and Development teams to improve product and experience
