• Experience with CRM, HRIS or payroll systems.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, ticketing and meetings.
• Guide users on platform functionality and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Support onboarding, data uploads and system setup.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
