Job summary

Falcone Hospitality Services is looking for an energetic Assistant Manager to join the Haymarket Hotel, helping run busy bars, food service, entertainment and gaming in Sydney’s Haymarket precinct.

Working with the General Manager, you will coach and motivate a strong team, maintain exceptional service standards, and ensure guests have memorable experiences while growing your leadership skills within a dynamic, expanding hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in a pub or hotel.
• Honesty, reliability and a professional approach.
• Hands-on leadership and strong communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of hotel operations, including food, beverage and gaming.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Understanding of compliance requirements to keep the venue safe and lawful.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of the hotel across bars, food, entertainment, functions and gaming.
• Support, coach and motivate a great team while maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure every guest leaves satisfied and ready to return.
• Collaborate with General Manager to implement improvements and growth initiatives.
