Prince of Wales Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager (Executive Chef) to lead our kitchen team and oversee the day-to-day operations of Food Services. We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager (Executive Chef) to lead our kitchen team and manage after the day-to-day operations of our Food Services Department. Reporting to the General Manager, this role plays a particularly important role in our patients’ overall hospital experience.
Our Hospitality Manager collaborates closely with our chefs, diet aides and food services attendants to ensure that nutritious, restaurant/hotel quality food is prepared, presented and served to all our patients. You will lead the team to provide high end, restaurant/hotel quality food daily. In addition, you will be dedicated to focussing on kitchen management, efficiency, food safety and patient engagement and feedback.
