Job summary

Australian Venue Co. is seeking Assistant Venue Managers and Duty Managers to join the Esplanade Hotel in Queenscliff, Victoria. You’ll lead shifts across food, beverage and day-to-day operations, coaching the team to deliver warm, consistent service.

We’re looking for hands-on leaders who stay calm under pressure, manage guest and team issues, and support the Venue Manager to keep the venue safe and running smoothly. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts in a pub, bar or busy hospitality venue.
• A practical approach and a genuine interest in developing people.
• A current Victorian RSA.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
