Job summary

Pullman Adelaide is seeking a dedicated Pullman Host to enhance guest experiences with warmth and professionalism. You will act as a primary contact during stays, offering personalized service and local knowledge to guests.

The role requires collaboration with hotel teams and a commitment to the Heartist ethos. Ideal candidates will have hospitality experience, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, guest services, or concierge preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Opera PMS experience desirable but not essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Additional language skills are highly regarded.
• Knowledge of local attractions, events, dining, and experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high guest service levels.
• Flexible to work a rotating roster including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide personalized service and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Support arrival and departure experiences for individuals, groups, and VIP guests.
• Provide local information, recommendations, and general concierge assistance.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns or escalate as required.
• Maintain accurate guest information in hotel systems.
• Work with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
• Demonstrate Accor's Heartist behaviours and represent the Pullman brand positively.
