Job summary

Pullman Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Pullman Host to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints of a stay. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will be the welcoming, mobile ambassador who anticipates guest needs and personalizes service.

Responsibilities include concierge duties, promoting hotel facilities and services, and collaborating with teams to ensure seamless operations. The role requires flexibility for a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, guest services, or concierge roles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems (Opera desirable).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide personalized service and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Support arrival and departure experiences for individual, group, and VIP guests.
• Provide local information, recommendations and concierge assistance.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest information in hotel systems.
• Work with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
• Demonstrate Accor's Heartist® behaviors and represent the Pullman brand.
