Pegasus Leisure Group’s The Cheltenham in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, support venue performance, and develop a high-performing team. You’ll work closely with the Venue Manager to ensure excellent customer experiences while upholding compliance and gaming operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership and managing venue operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team in a fast-paced venue.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day venue operations and performance.
• Assist in rostering, recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Lead and coach team members across the venue.
• Manage stock control and ordering processes.
• Ensure compliance across gaming, liquor, TAB and venue operations.
