Job summary

Criterion Hotel in Warwick, Queensland is seeking enthusiastic bar staff to join the team. You will provide excellent customer service, pour beverages responsibly, and handle cash and EFTPOS transactions in a busy, community-focused tavern.

You'll work a 7-day rotating roster with weekend shifts. RSA is required to work with alcohol, and gaming RSA is desirable. We offer competitive pay, penalties, and overtime within a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Cash handling and EFTPOS experience preferred.
• RSA certification is required to work with alcohol services.
• Gaming RSA knowledge is desirable but not mandatory.

About You

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) required
• RSA (Responsible Service of Gaming) desirable
• Previous experience in a bar, tavern, or hospitality venue is an advantage
• Availability to work hospitality hours - 7-dayrotating roster with weekend work.
• Passion for the industry and desire to learn
