Responsibilities

• Assist customers, take reservations and present menus and beverage lists.
• Take and process food and beverage orders and serve meals, drinks, coffee and other beverages.
• Set tables, clear used plates, cutlery and glassware and maintain clean dining, bar and service areas.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, menu presentation and customer service.
• Assist with kitchen operations, stock control, ordering, deliveries, equipment and supplier liaison.
• Support EFTPOS and cash handling where required.
• Assist with venue sales, operational cost control and relevant stock/operational reporting.
• Respond professionally to customer feedback, complaints and incidents and assist in achieving positive outcomes.
• Work with management and team members to promote a positive, respectful and solution-focused workplace culture.
• Ensure opening, closing and cleaning procedures are completed.
