Hampshire Property Group is seeking a casual All-Rounder to work across Reception and Housekeeping at Port Macquarie Rental Village. The role is hands-on, involves cleaning cabins and facilities and delivering friendly guest service at the front desk.

Roster includes weekends and a 7-day rotating schedule; on-call duties may apply. Prior hospitality experience is preferred but training can be provided. Immediate start is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Clean and present guest cabins and accommodation to a high standard.
• Clean bathrooms, amenities, camp kitchens and shared facilities.
• Restock linen, toiletries, cleaning products and guest supplies as required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of communal and recreational areas.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety issues to management.
• Support the overall presentation and cleanliness of the park.
• Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage reservations, guest enquiries and telephone calls.
• Process payments and undertake cash handling duties.
• Provide local area information and deliver friendly, professional guest service.
• Complete general reception and administrative tasks.
• Assist with after-hours guest enquiries when participating in the on-call roster.
