Job summary

St Vincent’s Health Australia is seeking energetic Support Services staff to join our casual pool across Fitzroy and Kew. You will support clinical teams by cleaning environments, delivering meals, and assisting with patient transport while maintaining high care standards.

You’ll work as part of a friendly team at SVHM, with clear communication across departments, and opportunities to develop through regular training and wellbeing programs. Closing date applies.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Health Services Assistance completed or in progress.
• HLTFSE001 if not included in Cert III.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise work to meet time and quality standards.
• Experience in patient transport, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the clinical environment.
• Deliver meals and beverages to patients.
• Transport patients, beds and trollies.
• Provide patient and ward support including bed making, restocking, messages and equipment collection.
• Perform duties under emergency response procedures.
