Job summary

Sydney Children's Hospitals Network in Westmead is seeking a Stores Person to manage stock, storage and distribution for the hospital. You will order, receive and deliver stock and non-stock items, ensuring a clean and orderly stores area to support patient care.

The role requires knowledge of stock procedures, barcoding, and good communication across teams. 38 hours per week in a permanent full-time role with competitive remuneration and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as Storeman/Warehousing with stock receiving, putting away, picking and dispatching.
• Knowledge of stock control procedures, preferably using barcodes.
• Ability to communicate at all levels with customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills and experience using electronic stock ordering equipment.
• Current LF Forklift Licence and NSW Unrestricted Class C Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive and deliver stock and non-stock items for the site.
• Maintain a timely, accurate stores service to the hospital.
• Keep the stores area clean and tidy.
