Job summary

NSW Health – North Coast Statistical Division NSW is seeking a Plumber (Level 1–4) to maintain plumbing, hydraulic, water, sewerage and gas services across hospitals and health facilities in the Mid North Coast district.

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, fault finding, installations and system improvements while participating in an on-call roster. A NSW licence and White Card are essential, with travel required across the district.

Qualifications

• Plumbing, Drainage and Gas fitting trade qualifications required.
• Current NSW Plumbing, Drainage and Gas fitting Contractor Licence or Qualified Supervisor Certificate.
• Commercial building experience across plumbing, gas fitting and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with Thermostatic Mixing Valves and Backflow Prevention Devices.
• White Card and NSW Driver Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plumbing, hydraulic, water, sewerage and gas services across hospitals and health facilities.
• Undertake preventative and corrective maintenance, fault finding and repairs.
• Installations and system improvements, including servicing TMV and Backflow devices.
• Be part of an on-call roster and travel across the district.
